RBT Variation Tasting Dinner – the namesake tasting! $700-900 minimum, $75-110 per additional head

 

This is the dinner that started it all!  A tasting of three different types of a main dish side by side such as fried chicken, boeuf bourguignon, lasagne, duck a l’orange, pasta carbonara, or just about any main dish you can think of!  The meal includes a small appetizer and a dessert in addition to the 3 variation main course.
